At Sasi Jewelry, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we're here to make it simple.

Overview

We offer returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, your item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition — including all packaging, pouches, certificates, and gift boxes.

If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we're unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unaltered, and free of scratches, signs of wear, or damage.
  • Returned in the original Sasi Jewelry packaging, with any tags still attached.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of wear or does not meet the conditions above.

Non-Returnable Items

For reasons of hygiene, safety, and craftsmanship, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Earrings — for hygiene reasons, unless they arrive faulty.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked Final Sale or purchased at a clearance discount.
  • Items damaged through normal wear.

How to Start a Return

Starting a return is easy. Just follow these steps:

  • Contact us with your order number and the reason for your return.
  • Our team will reply within 1–2 business days with a return authorization and the return address.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage in transit.
  • Ship the parcel using a tracked and insured service, and keep your tracking number.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and process your refund or exchange.

Please note

Returns sent without prior authorization may experience delays. We recommend a tracked service — Sasi Jewelry cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged on their way back to us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to confirm that we've got it and let you know whether your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Prefer something quicker? You can choose to receive your refund as Sasi Jewelry store credit instead, which is issued as soon as your return is approved.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where an item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

Exchanges

For a different size or style, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order. Direct exchanges can be arranged on request, subject to availability.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund — including shipping — at no cost to you.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. For damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, Sasi Jewelry covers all shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds can take a few days to post — please check with your bank or card provider first. If it still hasn't appeared, get in touch with us and we'll look into it.
