All orders are processed upon receipt. We do our best to dispatch orders quickly — please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing before your order ships. Processing times do not include weekends, public holidays, or non-business days.

Orders are fulfilled in the sequence they are received. Please note that remote areas may require additional delivery time beyond standard estimates.

Orders placed after 12PM PST will begin processing the following business day.

Please keep in mind: 

Shipping times begin after your order has been fully processed. For example, if you select 2-day shipping, your package will arrive 2 business days after it leaves our hands — not 2 days from the moment you place your order. We recommend factoring in both processing and shipping time when planning your delivery.
